34:7-7. Jurisdiction 34:7-7. The Superior Court and municipal court shall have jurisdiction of proceedings for the collection and enforcement of a penalty imposed because of the violation of any provision of this article. The proceedings shall be summary and in accordance with "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S.2A:58-1 et seq.) and may be brought in the municipality where the offense was committed, or where the offender may be summoned or arrested, or where he resides.
