Service and assistance to employers

34:6A-13. Service and assistance to employers The commissioner is authorized to provide service and assistance to employers in carrying out their responsibilities under this act and to suggest to employers or groups of employers methods and procedures by which they may develop safety programs to carry out such responsibilities.
