34:6-21.1. Reports of fires in industrial establishments The fire chief of every municipality, or in the absence thereof, the person in responsible charge of fire fighting in such municipalities, shall report the occurrence of every fire in an industrial establishment in the municipality to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry or his duly authorized representative, on or before the tenth of the month following the month in which the fire occurred.
