Disorderly house

34:6-135. Disorderly house Any place where manufacturing, altering, repairing, finishing or distributing for the purposes thereof, of any goods, for hire or reward, is habitually carried on in violation of this article shall be deemed a disorderly house, and the officers or agents of any corporation, the members of any firm, and any other person owning, operating or managing the business shall be deemed to be guilty of keeping a disorderly house, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars, or shall be imprisoned for a term not to exceed two years, or both.
