Penalty

34:6-134. Penalty Any corporation, the officers and agents thereof, the members of any firm, the agents thereof, and any other person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of twenty-five dollars for the first violation and fifty dollars for each subsequent violation.
