34:6-128. Contracts to manufacture in unlicensed place unlawful It shall be unlawful for any person to contract to manufacture, alter, repair, finish or distribute for such purposes any goods whatsoever in an unlicensed dwelling, tenement or room therein or building situated immediately in the rear of a tenement or dwelling, not licensed as provided in this article. It shall also be unlawful for any person to receive from, handle or convey to others or to sell, offer for sale, to expose for sale or hold in stock any goods that have been manufactured or altered or repaired or finished or distributed for such purposes in any such unlicensed dwelling, tenement, room, or building.
