Diseases to be reported

34:6-127. Diseases to be reported Any person holding such license shall immediately report to the department any case of infectious or contagious disease occurring in the place covered by the license. If the commissioner, factory inspector, investigator, local board of health, or tenement house inspector shall find evidence of infectious or contagious disease present in any place subject to the provisions of this article he or it shall issue such orders as the public health may require and shall condemn and destroy such infectious and contagious goods.
