34:5A-10.5 Regulations. 5. The Department of Health, in consultation with the Departments of Education, Human Services, Children and Families and Environmental Protection, and within 180 days of the enactment of P.L.1997, c.364 (C.34:5A-10.1 et seq.), shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act which are consistent with federal and State indoor air quality standards and standards governing the exposure of children to hazardous substances as they are adopted by the federal government.
