Penalty; notice to offender

34:2-30.1. Penalty; notice to offender Any individual, firm or corporation owning or managing an establishment of the kind mentioned in section 34:2-29 of this title, who shall fail to comply with the requirements of said section 34:2-29 within ten days after the date on which notice to do so has been served by the commissioner or one of his deputies shall be liable to a penalty of twenty-five dollars for each offense, and a failure to comply within the period of ten days, with such repetition of such notice as may be necessary, shall each constitute a separate offense.
