34:2-21.17g Rules, regulations. 2. The Commissioner of Labor, in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2000,c.31,s.2.
