34:1B-7.31. "New Jersey Boat Industry Loan Guarantee Program" established 4. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority shall establish a "New Jersey Boat Industry Loan Guarantee Program" to provide loan guarantees for boat manufacturers or distributors in the State. L.1993,c.358,s.4.
