No personal interest

34:1B-59. No personal interest No member of the board, officer, employee or agent of the authority shall have an interest, either directly or indirectly, in any project, transaction or business activity in which the authority is a party. L. 1985, c. 386, s. 13, eff. Dec. 18, 1985.
