34:1B-234 New Jersey Development Authority for Small Businesses, Minorities and Women's Enterprises abolished. 25. a. The New Jersey Development Authority for Small Businesses, Minorities and Women's Enterprises created by section 3 of P.L.1985, c.386 (C.34:1B-49), in but not of the Department of the Treasury, is abolished and all of its functions, powers, and duties are continued and transferred to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to be allocated within the New Jersey Economic Development Authority as determined by the authority board. b. Except as otherwise provided in this act, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, reorganization plan, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the New Jersey Development Authority for Small Businesses, Minorities and Women's Enterprises, the same shall mean and refer to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
