34:1B-223 Transfer of New Jersey Economic Development Site Program. 14. a. The functions, powers, and duties of the New Jersey Commerce Commission for the New Jersey Economic Development Site Program, established by P.L.1996, c.70, P.L.1997, c.97 (C.34:1B-140 through 34:1B-143), and section 31 of P.L.1998, c.44 (C.52:27C-91), except as otherwise provided, are continued and are transferred to the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade. b. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, reorganization plan, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the New Jersey Economic Development Site Program in the New Jersey Commerce Commission, the same shall mean and refer to the division.
