34:1B-218 Transfer of functions, powers, duties of Office of Business Advocacy. 9. a. The functions, powers, and duties of the Office of Business Advocacy in the New Jersey Commerce Commission are continued and are transferred to the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade. b. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Office of Business Advocacy in the New Jersey Commerce Commission, the same shall mean and refer to the division.
