34:1B-21.30 Motor Vehicle Surcharges Securitization Fund. 11. There is hereby created in the Department of the Treasury a separate nonlapsing fund to be known as the Motor Vehicle Surcharges Securitization Fund. Revenue derived from bonds issued under the "Motor Vehicle Surcharges Securitization Act of 2004," P.L.2004, c.70 (C.34:1B-21.23 et al.) may be deposited into the Motor Vehicle Surcharges Securitization Fund and balances therein may be transferred to the General Fund. L.2004,c.70,s.11.
