34:1B-206 Bonds not considered debt, liability of State. 17. Bonds issued by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority or other State entity for the purposes as provided in section 16 of P.L.2007, c.30 (C.34:1B-205) shall not be a debt or liability of the State or any agency or instrumentality thereof, except as otherwise provided by section 16 of P.L.2007, c.30 (C.34:1B-205), either legal, moral or otherwise.
