34:1B-188 Rules, regulations. 22. The New Jersey Commerce Commission shall, after consultation with the Director of the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury, adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to govern the proper conduct and operation of the program consistent with the provisions of sections 19 through 22 of P.L.2004, c.65 (C.34:1B-185 through C.34:1B-188).
