34:1B-176. Development of informational sessions by EDA 2. a. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the authority"), established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1974, c.80 (C.34:1B-4), shall, in consultation with the Adjutant General of the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs (hereinafter referred to as "the department"), develop informational sessions to inform veterans of the availability of the authority's assistance programs. b. The informational sessions shall be conducted by the authority through the network of veterans' service offices, operated by the department, in the form of lectures, demonstrations or discussions to familiarize veterans with the types of programs administered by the authority and to provide assistance to veterans with the application process required for the programs. The sessions shall also include such printed or otherwise duplicated materials as the authority shall consider necessary or expedient to render the sessions effective. c. The number of sessions and the content of the sessions shall be determined by the authority, in consultation with the department, so as to most properly effectuate the purposes of this act.
