The Division of Travel and Tourism shall publish on its Internet website, and update as appropriate, information on farm-to-table restaurants in the State by region, including the name, address, and other pertinent information for each restaurant which the division determines would be of interest for the purposes of educating the public about local sources for fresh, healthy foods and options to support restaurants that use locally grown and produced food products. For the purposes of this subsection, "region" means north, south, or central New Jersey as designated by the division. b. The division shall establish a process by which farm-to-table restaurants may register for posting on the website, including the criteria to be met for designation as a "farm-to-table restaurant," and shall promote the program on its website and to restaurants around the State to ensure as much participation as possible.
