Employees; transfer

34:1A-26. Employees; transfer Such employees of any department, commission, board, office or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department of Labor and Industry or to any office or agency designated, continued or constituted therein, as the Commissioner of Labor and Industry may determine are needed for the proper performance of the functions and duties imposed upon the Department of Labor and Industry, or such office or agency therein, are hereby transferred to the department, office or agency to which such functions, powers and duties have been herein assigned or transferred.
