34:1A-21. Organization of existing Unemployment Compensation Commission continued; divisions constituted bureaus Except as otherwise provided herein or as may be changed pursuant to authorization contained herein or in any other law, the organization of the existing Unemployment Compensation Commission is continued as the organization of the Division of Employment Security established hereunder; provided, however, that any division required by law in the Unemployment Compensation Commission shall hereafter be constituted a bureau in the Division of Employment Security established hereunder.
