34:1A-10. Organization of existing Department of Labor continued; divisions constituted bureaus; deputy directors Except as otherwise provided herein or as may be changed pursuant to authorization contained herein or in any other law, the organization of the existing Department of Labor is continued as the organization of the Division of Labor established hereunder; provided, however, that divisions in the Department of Labor shall hereafter be constituted bureaus in the Division of Labor established hereunder, and any person appointed, pursuant to law, as a deputy in such division shall hereafter be known and designated as a deputy director in such division.
