34:16-44. Inapplicability of requirement for employer's permit relating to ratio of employees in home work to those in factory for extended employment program of sheltered workshop The provisions of P.L.1941, c. 308 (C. 34:6-136.1 et seq.) relating to the ratio of employees engaged in home work to those employed in a factory and the requirement for an employer's permit shall not apply to an extended employment program of a sheltered workshop. L.1973, c. 45, s. 3, eff. Feb. 27, 1973.
