34:16-30. State treasurer as custodian of funds The State Treasurer is hereby designated as the custodian of all funds received from the Federal Government for the purpose of carrying out any Federal statutes pertaining to vocational rehabilitation and independent living rehabilitation or any agreement authorized by this chapter. The State Treasurer shall make disbursements from such funds and from all State funds available for vocational rehabilitation and independent living rehabilitation purposes upon certification by the commission.
