34:15-95.3. Application of chapter; exemption of mutual agricultural insurance companies Nothing in this article (s. 34:15-70 et seq.) shall apply to any mutual agricultural insurance company incorporated under chapter 252 of the laws of 1905, being "A supplement to an act entitled "An act to provide for the regulation and incorporation of insurance companies and to regulate the transaction of insurance business in this State,' approved April 3, 1902," so long as any such company continues to confine the issuance of its policies of insurance to persons engaged in agricultural pursuits.
