Denial of application or revocation of consent

34:15-77.7. Denial of application or revocation of consent The commissioner shall have the authority to deny the application of any group of self-insurers to pay such benefits, or to revoke his consent for any group continuing to pay for good cause shown, including, but not limited to: a. Failure to comply with regulations adopted by the commissioner or with any provisions of this act; b. Failure to comply with a lawful order of the commissioner; c. Deterioration of financial condition to such an extent that such deterioration would have an adverse affect on the ability of the self-insurance group to pay expected losses.
