34:15-72. Employers not electing benefits of compensation law required to insure In like manner every employer except the state or a municipality, county or school district who is now or hereafter becomes subject to the provisions of article 1 of this chapter (s. 34:15-1 et seq.) shall forthwith make sufficient provision for the complete payment of any obligation which he may incur to an injured employee or his administrators or next of kin under said article 1 of this chapter.
