34:15-35.19. Filing claims; time limitations Time limitations for the filing of claims for compensation for occupational hearing loss shall be in accordance with time limitations for the filing of claims for compensation for compensable occupational disease set forth in R.S. 34:15-34. L.1979, c. 285, s. 10.
