Records of workmen's compensation of kind specified in article six

34:15-122. Records of workmen's compensation of kind specified in article six Any records of, or pertaining to, workmen's compensation of the kind and character specified in article six of chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes, which have been or shall have been on file for eight or more years, may be destroyed by the Division of Workmen's Compensation; provided, the Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall approve such destruction.
