Applicability of provisions to employment agents and New Jersey Employment Service

34:13C-3. Applicability of provisions to employment agents and New Jersey Employment Service Employment agents licensed as such under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Employment Service shall not be affected by sections 1 or 2 of this act, but no such employment agent, and no person acting on behalf of the New Jersey Employment Service shall knowingly refer an applicant for employment to an employer any of whose employees are then engaged in a strike or have been locked out.
