34:13A-73 Adoption of rules and regulations, New Jersey State Board of Mediation. 14. The New Jersey State Board of Mediation, in consultation with the Division of Private Employment Dispute Settlement, may adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the �Administrative Procedure Act,� P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purpose of P.L.2025, c.244 (C.34:13A-5.1a et al.).
