Power of board to cease on decision and report; other differences may be submitted

34:13-8. Power of board to cease on decision and report; other differences may be submitted When the board has reached a decision and filed its report, its power shall cease, unless there may be in existence at the same time other similar grievances or disputes between the same classes of persons mentioned in section 34:13-1 of this title, and in such case such persons may submit their differences to the board, which shall have power to act and arbitrate and decide upon them as fully as if the board was originally created for the settlement of such other difference or differences.
