Oath of arbitrators

34:13-2. Oath of arbitrators Each arbitrator shall, before he proceeds to the business of the arbitration, take and subscribe an oath, to be taken and subscribed before any officer authorized to administer the same, faithfully and impartially to hear and examine the grievance in dispute or question, and to discharge his duties as such arbitrator according to the best of his skill and understanding.
