34:11-56.82 Filing complaint with commissioner. 6. Any longshoreman or representative of longshoremen may file with the commissioner a written complaint that the amount of wages paid for work performed by the longshoreman at a waterfront facility is less than the applicable waterfront prevailing wage rate for that work, or a written complaint the longshoreman has suffered a discharge or other discrimination in violation of section 11 of this act, but the complaint may not be filed later than two years after the alleged underpayment or discrimination occurs.
