Penalty for attempting to control employees in purchase of store goods

34:11-22. Penalty for attempting to control employees in purchase of store goods Any person offending against the provisions of section 34:11-21 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars, with costs of suit, for each offense to be sued by and for the benefit of any citizen of the state.
