33:2-9. Violating padlocking order; misdemeanor Any person who shall knowingly violate any order of the commissioner that a building or premises shall not be occupied or used for any purpose whatsoever shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars and not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment for not less than thirty days and not more than six months, or both.
