Resisting officer serving or executing search warrant; misdemeanor

33:1-63. Resisting officer serving or executing search warrant; misdemeanor Any person who shall knowingly and willfully obstruct, resist or oppose any officer or person assisting an officer, in serving or executing, or attempting to serve or execute, any search warrant authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
