Reciprocal rules and regulations with other states

33:1-39.1. Reciprocal rules and regulations with other states The commissioner may make such reciprocal rules and regulations and special rulings pertaining to any one or more states designated therein as may be necessary for the proper regulation and control of the manufacture, sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages and the enforcement of this chapter, in addition thereto and not inconsistent therewith, and alter, amend, repeal and publish the same from time to time.
