33:1-25.1. Peace officers; right to leadership or titular position in nonprofit organization with club license Nothing within the provisions of Title 33 of the Revised Statutes or any regulation promulgated by the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety shall prohibit any regular police officer, peace officer or any other person whose powers or duties include the enforcement of the alcoholic beverage laws or regulations from assuming any leadership or titular position in any fraternal, veterans', religious, or similar type of nonprofit organization that is a club licensee.
