32:6-2. Acceptance of bonds from Delaware River Joint Commission; sale L.1933, c. 282, p. 756, entitled "An act authorizing the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the city of Philadelphia, and the state of New Jersey, to accept from the Delaware River Joint Commission bonds or other obligations, in lieu of moneys, for the repayment of the amounts due for moneys advanced in the construction of the Delaware river bridge, between the cities of Camden, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and its approaches, and in the acquisition of property in connection therewith; providing for the disposition of such bonds, if delivered; authorizing the purchase thereof by custodial funds of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and by various boards, agencies, and commissions of the said city of Philadelphia and the state of New Jersey; and providing that this act shall become effective upon the adoption of reciprocal legislation by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania," approved June twenty-six, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, saved from repeal. [A reciprocal act authorizing New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia to accept bonds of the Delaware River Joint Commission in payment of moneys advanced for the construction of the Camden-Philadelphia bridge, and provides for the sale or other disposition of such bonds.]
