Reciprocity

32:33-11. Reciprocity 11. If the commission determines that the standards for industrialized/modular buildings prescribed by statute, rule or regulation of compacting state are at least equal to the commission's model rules and regulations for industrialized/modular buildings, and that these state standards are enforced by the compacting state in accordance with the uniform administrative procedures, industrialized/modular buildings approved by a compacting state shall be deemed to have been approved by all the compacting states for placement in those states in accordance with procedures prescribed by the commission.
