Powers vested as additional to powers previously vested

32:3-13.45. Powers vested as additional to powers previously vested The powers vested in the commission referred to in such supplemental compact or agreement by this act shall be construed as being in addition to and not in diminution of the powers heretofore vested by law in The Delaware River Joint Commission.
