Repeal of conflicting laws

32:3-13.40. Repeal of conflicting laws Any provision of law heretofore enacted (except laws authorizing interstate compacts or agreements) which restricts, prohibits, or limits the construction or acquisition of any bridge over the Delaware River within any distance from any bridge at any time authorized, owned, held, operated or maintained by any county or municipality of this State, or any bridge commission, bridge authority, public officer, board, commission or agency or other public body created by or in this State or any county or municipality thereof is hereby repealed to the extent that said law would otherwise prohibit the construction of the bridge herein authorized.
