32:27-21. Audits The fiscal affairs of the commission shall be subject to annual audits by the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in New Jersey and the Auditor General of Pennsylvania. In addition, any county or city may either singly or in co-operation with the party States perform or cause such audits of the fiscal affairs of the commission for any fiscal year in which it or its corporation counterparts, if any, have made contributions.
