Officers

32:27-12. Officers The board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman, a secretary and a treasurer from among its membership and may elect such other officers as it desires from among its membership. The vice-chairman, and either the secretary or treasurer, shall not reside in the same State as the chairman. The chairman or vice-chairman shall be elected from among the State officials or appointees of each party State. The remaining officers shall be selected from among the members representing the counties and municipalities. L.1966, c. 149, Pt. I, Art. II, s. 5, eff. June 18, 1966.
