32:20-8. Department of Health authorized to cooperate with Delaware River Basin Commission The Department of Health is hereby authorized and directed to co-operate with the Delaware River Basin Commission in the further study of the sanitary condition of the waters of Delaware river and its tributaries and to approve, adopt and enforce within this State, such reasonable modifications, changes or alterations in the zones or standards of quality of water in said river and tributaries as may, from time to time, be adopted by the Delaware River Basin Commission pursuant to the Delaware River Basin Compact.
