Reciprocal agreement ratified; superseding other laws and regulations

32:20-6. Reciprocal agreement ratified; superseding other laws and regulations The reciprocal agreement set forth in paragraph (4) of the above preamble is hereby ratified and applied to the waters and watershed of said Delaware river basin within the territorial limits of this State, and its terms and provisions shall supersede the terms and provisions of any existing laws and regulations applicable to that area, to the extent, only, that the terms and provisions of such existing laws and regulations are inconsistent with the terms and provisions set forth in said reciprocal agreement.
