Cooperation and agreements with Port Authority by state and local governments, agencies, etc.

32:2-23.34. Cooperation and agreements with Port Authority by state and local governments, agencies, etc. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, general, special or local, either state or any municipality, public authority, agency, or commission of either or both of said two states or any other person is authorized and empowered to cooperate with the port authority and to enter into an agreement or agreements, and from time to time to enter into agreements amending or supplementing the same, with the port authority, including but not limited to agreements with respect to buses and ancillary bus facilities leased, transferred or otherwise disposed of pursuant to this act, upon such reasonable terms and conditions as determined by such state, municipality, public authority, agency, commission or person and the port authority.
