32:14-30. Park health district created; powers of commission There is hereby established in that part of the Palisades interstate park lying in the State of New Jersey a park health district which shall be known as the park health district of the Palisades interstate park. All powers now or later conferred upon and duties now or later imposed upon any local board of health created in accordance with the provisions of sections 26:3-1 to 26:3-7 of the Title, Health and Vital Statistics, are hereby exclusively conferred and imposed upon Palisades Interstate Park Commission.
